CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Testimonials: Testimonials

Madison changed my life forever and is one of the most understanding and caring human beings in the world.

H.C. (age 15)

Madison was our son's and our family's therapist while he was in treatment for both mental health and addiction. Our son and family were in a very dark place. Madison always built us up even in the most difficult times. She was the epitome of dedication, patience, kindness, and empathy. The amount of genuine love and concern she had for all of her patients and families was beyond words. She made an awful time bearable with her support and expertise. Madison is a gem and will always have a special place in our family's hearts.

Madison truly changed my way of thinking through her practice as a therapist in the adolescent treatment center that I attended in 2020. She spent a lot of time there helping many people and I truly believe that she cares about her clients deeply. To her, they aren’t clients, but rather people that she feels compelled to help out of the kindness of her heart. Madison is incredibly smart and hardworking and dedicates herself fully to her work. Anyone who has crossed paths with her knows how kind, caring, funny and intelligent Madison is, and she uses all of these things when helping others. I felt so safe in my sessions with Madison and she also made herself available to me outside of session just if I needed quick advice or to chat. I miss having Madison as my therapist.

As a therapist, Madison, you exude a gentle-but-firm lovingkindness, understanding, and that true sense of “unconditional positive regard” that made it feel safe for us to be open, vulnerable and engaged in the therapeutic process. You always approached our mistakes as opportunities to grow and learn - and that, in turn, helped give us the space to remain open and receptive to learning new ways of communicating with [child's name] and each other & more effectively parenting our son and how to support him best in his recovery.  We were in a deep hole for a very long time and you have truly helped us to have the will and confidence to climb out, face reality, and make some difficult, but very necessary, changes in our lives. You bring such a deep understanding to the work by-way of not only your intelligence and education, but through your own personal experience. And that willingness to share and be open about your own journey with addiction and recovery with us, at times, helped inspire the trust and confidence that really “allowed” us to fully engage in treatment and to keep in mind that, however difficult things got, you were always engaged and leading us “on the right track”.

We really enjoyed working with you, laughing with you, crying with you…and we can’t thank you enough. You are a really talented family therapist, Madison. Truly.

Madison, you have made such a huge impact on my life. I've never met a therapist that's supported me so much and that's actually constantly showed up. You listened and responded in a way that no one ever has and in a way I thought no one ever would. Thank you for helping me save my life, pick up all of my destruction I caused, and let go of my pain. I've grown into someone I feel good about and live a life I love. Thank you for helping me create that, and thank you for being part of my journey.

I had the the pleasure of working beside Madison Craft for over two years. In that time, I witnessed her ability to reach and transform the lives of the kids she worked with. She handled some difficult cases and balanced the complex dynamics of individual and family therapy. She has an amazing work ethic and a deep sense of compassion for her clients. On top of that, she has amazing professional boundaries and is open to growing in her position to meet the changes and challenges of her work. I am proud to call Madison a colleague and a friend.
